Important relationships

EL.GGoDo married, had female companions and other important friendships throughout his life. Some of the most important relationships he had were with Amita his (ex) wife, Susan (my mother) and the late Enedina (who sadly passed away recently on the 10th of April 2023, Enedina will be greatly missed by all) and many more and his and their families. EL.GGoDo was a people person, though he did like periods alone. He passed away a single man, however he still retained many by his side and in their prayers and thoughts to the end or beginning depending on your belief. He would want us to celebrate his life and art and be happy!

My mother Susan and the late Pedro (EL.GGoDo) circa 1973. More information about their relationship and my mother’s early time in Spain is available in her book, title: “A Spanish Love Affair”, by Susan Joy Alexander more details are available on her website (https://susanjoyalexander.com).

The late Enedina and the late Pedro (EL.GGoDo) at the “Carta Marina” restaurant on Calle Padre Damian 40, Madrid, Spain. My father’s friend owned the restaurant. It was EL.GGodo’s favorite restaurant in Madrid. I took the photo circa 1993-1994.

Enedina was very dear to me as she was my “Spanish mother” when I lived in Spain in the years 1984-1985. Enedina treated me as if I was her own child, it was a very happy time for me, living in Spain with my father and Enedina. I will cherish those fond memories of childhood forever.

I also enjoyed the trip to Spain in the 1990’s where we toured Spain and Portugal together. Thank you, Enedina and Papa for those great memories!

Enedina was a great support to my father; the man and the artist. Enedina, may you rest in peace..
